David Prinz – Founding Partner, Licensed Steuerberater & CPA David Prinz is the founder and managing director of Prinz.tax Steuerberatung GmbH. As a German Steuerberater, German Wirtschaftsprüfer, and US CPA, he holds the three demanding professional qualifications that best suits him to assist clients in complex cross-border tax cases.
David brings over 20 years of professional experience spanning Big Four public accounting, international banking, and independent tax practice. After pursuing an international career at KPMG in Frankfurt and New York, he founded Prinz.tax with a clear purpose: to combine the depth of international accounting expertise with direct, personal service.

I have master’s degree in sociology and economics and have more than 20 years of experience in project management and process optimization in professional services. I assist the entire team and our clients to make the expat tax journey efficient and transparent.
